The Campaign The Campaign
The 2024 “Support the Blazer” campaign by the Spark Charity Foundation, spearheaded by Nicholas Regina, CEO and co-founder of Spark Financial Group, was a creative and impactful fundraising initiative. Running from November 6 to December 6, 2024, the campaign aimed to raise awareness and funds for Waves of Changes for Autism, a charity dedicated to supporting children with Autism.
The campaign’s unique approach involved Nicholas Regina wearing a blazer for 30 consecutive days, regardless of the occasion, to symbolize commitment and spark conversations about giving back. This year, he donned one of Don Cherry’s iconic blazers, adding a touch of Canadian cultural significance to the initiative.
The campaign successfully surpassed its fundraising goal, raising over $102,000 against a target of $100,000. This achievement reflects the community’s generosity and the campaign’s effectiveness in engaging supporters. In summary, the 2024 “Support the Blazer” campaign combined personal storytelling, cultural symbolism, and community engagement to support a worthy cause, demonstrating the power of innovative approaches in charitable fundraising.

Through dedicated fundraising efforts, community engagement and collaboration with local partners, they strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment, where children with Autism can flourish.
